Dr. Glover is the eloquent and efficient pastor of Mount Bethel Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; affectionately called “The Mount.” He is a dynamic leader and a divine preacher of the gospel and is an extraordinary example of a God sent man who has deeply penetrated the hearts and souls of many through his leadership. Dr. Glover is a Visionary. He has a passion for ministry, that passion includes sharing with and caring for a suffering community and providing a place to relieve that pain.

He received his undergraduate degree from Bethune-Cookman College in Daytona Beach, Florida; the Master of Divinity degree from the Morehouse School of Religion, Interdenominational Theological Center, Atlanta, Georgia; the Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio and the Doctor of Divinity degree from Bethune-Cookman College.
 
Dr. Glover is the author of the following books:

1. Plain Talk on Christian Stewardship for the Black Church
2. The History and Work of the Deaconess
3. Breaking the Chains of Debt - An extensive handbook directed toward teaching God’s people how to get out of debt
4. Prayer: The Missing Link - An outgrowth of the outstanding prayer ministry at “The Mount.” God’s manifestation of the power of prayer gave him the desire to share with others in the body of Christ, a practical guide to doing ministry through prayer.

Subsequent to becoming the pastor in 1985, Dr. Glover led in the completion of a multi-million dollar church edifice, established a full-time ministry with full-time staff and founded Mount Bethel Christian Academy (Kindergarten age three through Fifth grade) which included the completion of a multi-million dollar building to house the Academy. He is also the founder of Mount Bethel Human Services Corporation, Inc.; a social service outreach agency organized to respond to a myriad of social problems that confront the community. In 1997, Dr. Glover saw a need to assist persons in the community with single family housing. As a result, New Visions Community Development Corporation was founded to ensure more low and moderate income families have the opportunity to realize the “American Dream” of home ownership. He is also the founder of Mount Bethel Christian Bookstore, a full-service bookstore designed to meet the needs of the church community. Under his leadership, Mount Bethel has grown from a church with no staff to a ministry with over seventy (70) full-time employees. His services to the church and community have afforded him numerous awards. Dr. Glover is a member of the Board of Directors of Morehouse School of Religion and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Dr. Glover is sought after throughout the country as a preacher, speaker, and lecturer in the areas of stewardship and prayer. He and his lovely wife of forty-one years, Mrs. Beulah R. Glover, have been blessed with three charming daughters; LaSonya (Kevin), Crystal, and April (Kajir), three beautiful granddaughters; Taleah Alexandra, Kajra Clarynn, Kyleigh Skye and one grandson; Khamari Elijah
